Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging and travel arrangements. The conference does not work with any agency to arrange travel or accommodation. Some participants have received faked calls or E-mails for these services. Please be careful with such scams.

Three hotels offer special rates for the conference participants, which are locate in 10, 15 and 30 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. For the last two hotels, there is also a regular bus connection from close to the hotel to the conference site. Please note the indicated deadlines for your binding bookings:

• Hotel Steinsgarten (Best Western Plus): 75 EUR for a single room and 99 EUR for a double room including breakfast buffet. If interested, please send an email to info@hotel-steinsgarten.de and clearly mention COMPSTAT2024 as code for obtaining the special room rates. Reservations should be made by 26th of May 2024.
• Hotel am Ludwigsplatz: 89 EUR for a single room, 109 EUR for a double room including breakfast buffet. If interested, please send an email to info@hotel-am-ludwigsplatz.de and clearly mention COMPSTAT2024 as code for obtaining the special room rates. Reservations should be made by 1st of June 2024.
• B&B Hotel Giessen: 90,50 EUR for a single room, 110 EUR for a double room (99,50 EUR single occupancy) , 148 EUR for a family room including breakfast buffet.
